Texeira Contracting Inc, recently completed construction management services for the tenant build out of a new 14,000 sq ft West Elm located at the Village at Gulfstream Park in Hallandale Beach Florida. Service provided by TCI to Fisher Development, Inc. of San Francisco, California.

This was a challenging project in the respect that we were up against a grand opening deadline. Ours was one of many projects under construction simultaneously in the village working to complete on the same date. Critical path method scheduling along with developing and maintaining clear communication between TCI, general contractor, developer and building officials was paramount in meeting our Grand Opening and making this project a success for all involved.
